The location around the hotel was limited with no nearby restaurants or shops. The muddy road leading to the hotel made it difficult for business travelers to commute. It was disappointing to find a lack of basic amenities like toiletries and bottled water. The staff was disinterested and failed to create a good first impression.

The bed in the room was unbelievably comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. the parking options, both inside and outside the hotel, were ample and convenient. the hotel's easy access to key locations in the area was a huge plus and saved us a lot of travel time.

The staff's attitude and lack of attention to detail left a sour taste in our mouths. We were quoted a higher price than what was on our reservation slip, and the check-in process became unnecessarily complicated.
